TNT Fitness offers a range of mobility classes focusing on body-weight movement creating strength through all ranges of motion, whilst getting you top end cardio conditioning.

Running Sessions are held weekly at the track and on the trails to fulfill all your running needs. Our running groups are focused at helping you push yourself, get active outdoors and connect.

Andrew founded TNT Fitness to help improve peoples lives. He realised that clients implement healthier, longer lasting changes when they’re having fun. You train harder when it doesn’t feel like training.
